Concord AI is an independent consulting practice that helps businesses align strategy, systems, and artificial intelligence. We design and deploy AI-powered tools — including voice agents, automation, and integrations — for small and mid-sized businesses, with a focus on the trades sector in Alberta, Canada.

2.Use of the Website

3.Consulting & Project Engagements

Pricing, deliverables, timelines, and ownership of custom-built work will be set out there.

4.AI Outputs and Limitations

Our Services often involve artificial intelligence — including large language models, voice agents, and automated workflows. AI systems can make mistakes, produce inaccurate or unexpected results, and behave differently between sessions. You agree that:

• You will review AI-generated outputs before relying on them for material business, financial, legal, medical, or safety-related decisions;
• You are responsible for human oversight of any AI tools we deploy on your behalf, including how they interact with your customers;
• We do not guarantee that any AI system will be available without interruption, free of error, or aligned with every possible use case.

5.Third-Party Services

Our Services depend on third-party platforms (for example, Retell, Twilio, Stripe, Resend, QuickBooks, Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, and similar providers). We are not responsible for the availability, pricing changes, terms, or behaviour of those third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

6.Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, code, and the "Concord AI" name and brand — is owned by or licensed to Concord AI and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Ownership of work product created during a consulting engagement (custom prompts, code, configurations, documentation) is set out in the relevant project agreement. Where not specified, Concord AI retains ownership of underlying tools, frameworks, and templates we bring to the engagement, while you retain ownership of your business data and content.

7.Confidentiality

We treat client business information shared with us during an engagement as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the Services or as required by law. You agree to treat any non-public materials, pricing, methodologies, or proposals we share with you the same way.

8.Privacy

9.Disclaimers

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid Concord AI in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or CAD $500, whichever is greater.
